  • Do I need to make an appointment for my repair?
    Walk-ins are welcome; however, it is always a good idea to call ahead. We can also make appointments outside of regular business hours.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located at 4464 S 84th St, in the rear of the building, on the lower level.
  • Can I make an appointment for the weekend?
    Yes, even on Sunday. Call to make a weekend appointment.
  • I need a quick turnaround on my repair. How long will it take to repair my device?
    Most repairs take under an hour. All repairs are done as rapidly as possible, and in the order in which they are received.
  • Can you fix my broken screen?
    Yes we can! Screen repair involves replacing the broken screen with a new one.
  • Can you repair water damage?
    We will dehydrate your phone and diagnose the issue. If we can resolve the issue in-house, we will. If the damage is severe enough, we will send it to a board repair specialist and help you do that.
  • Can you replace an iPhone battery?
    We have all iPhone batteries for iPhone 6S to iPhone X on hand.
  • Can you repair my laptop or PC?
    We preform many laptop repairs, including drive errors, battery replacement, broken ports, and more. Ask us about our $99 Laptop Speed-Up Service. We preserve all of your files and upgrade your laptop so it will run faster than ever.
  • Do you offer fair prices for your repairs?
    We have the same or lower prices than most competitors. Our goal is to get your phone up and running, and not take advantage of people in a tough situation.
